Thu, 08 Dec 2016 - 18:53 UTC
This changed was announced in September, and is live with today's release- all external identifiers now require a relationship to be provided. Members using 1.2 are not affected as the relationship is automatically populated. Members using 2.0_rc1, rc2 and rc3 must now include a relationship

Work Groups by same DOI, bug?

Thu, 03 Nov 2016 - 11:52 UTC
Hi, Accordingly to DOI's handbook, the DOI names are case insensitive: https://www.doi.org/doi_handbook/2_Numbering.html#2.4 10.123/ABC is identical to 10.123/AbC So, when organizing publications in groups, ORCID should group 10.123/ABC and 10.123/AbC in the same group. This isn't

eISSN identifier

Wed, 26 Oct 2016 - 08:35 UTC
Hi, Is possible for you to add eISSN identifier to tour set of identifiers? I'm using version 2.0_rc2 where the identifier type field is now an open field instead of enumeration, even so the identifiers type continues to be validated by the api so I'm not able to insert this type of idenitifier.

OAuth login and uBlock

Fri, 14 Oct 2016 - 11:14 UTC
Hi all, We have noticed that users with the uBlock ad blocker cannot use the ORCID OAuth login. When validating the login form, nothing seems to happen: the user is not redirected to the third-party website. Quoting my colleague (Cc:): the reason why this fails is because uBlock blocks

Re: [ORCID API] Insufficient or wrong scope

Wed, 05 Oct 2016 - 13:18 UTC
Hi Musaddique, It looks like you're combining two different processes to get a token, which is how you are ending up with a token with the incorrect Scope. The /authenticate scope is used in the 3-legged OAuth process to get a user's ORCID iD. In this process the user grants you access, an
